Shipping Details

  • Delivery Charges: Rs. 199/- only

  • Free Delivery: For all orders above Rs. 1999/-

  • Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays are processed the next working day.

  • Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days.

  • During peak shopping seasons or high-demand periods, orders may take up to 7 working days.

  • For first-time customers, we may confirm orders via call/SMS/WhatsApp for verification.

Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy

At Rafanii.pk, we aim to provide a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Period (7-Day Warranty)

We offer a 7-day return and exchange warranty from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Product must include all accessories

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible

Customers are responsible for sending the item back through a trackable courier service.

2. Faulty or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or not working properly:

  • Contact us within 7 days

  • Keep the product in its original packaging

  • A replacement or solution will be provided after verification

We take full responsibility for faulty items.

3. Exchanges

If you want to exchange your product

  • submit ur request, a rider will collect the old item and deliver the new one

  • Exchange delivery charges are approximately Rs. 350, which covers two-way courier cost

  • Exchanges depend on availability of stock

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued only when:

  • The product is faulty

  • The product is out of stock

  • Or the issue cannot be resolved through replacement

Refund Method: Bank Transfer

  • Refunds are processed within 2–4 working days after receiving and checking the returned product

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

  • In some cases, we may issue a refund based on return tracking without waiting for the parcel to arrive

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer

  • Use a trackable courier service to avoid loss

  • Rafanii.pk is not responsible for lost return packages

6. Non-Refundable Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are not refundable in cases of:

  • Customer changing their mind

  • Ordering by mistake

  • Requesting exchange for color/size preference

Even if a product shows “free delivery,” the delivery cost is already included in the price.

Delivery charges are refunded only when the mistake is from Rafanii.pk (faulty product or wrong item delivered).
